Abstract
Laporan Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan untung mengetahui bagaimana prosedur penerbitan Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana (SP2D) di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD). Selain itu juga untuk mengetahui kendalakendala apa saja yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan prosedur penerbitan Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana dan apa saja solusi dari kendala tersebut. Dalam penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif . Data yang digunakan dalam penulisanini data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data berasal dari wawancara langsung dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasis dengan beberapa pegawai khususnya di bidang perbendaharaan, prosedur penerbitan Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana sudah sesuai dengan peraturan yang ditetapkan. Namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti sering terjadinya kesalan penulisan dalam percetakan SPM dan SP2D baik dari SOPD maupun BPKAD.

| Additional Information: | The final task report is done profiting to find out how disbursement procedure (SP2D) related to PPh 22 in financial management and regional assets (BPKAD). In addition, it is also to know what constraints are faced in implementing the disbursement procedure of disbursement of funds relating to PPh 22 and what are the solutions of the constraints. In the writing of this final task report authors use a descriptive method. Data used in the author of primary data and secondary data. Data sources come from live interviews and documentation. Based on the results of interviews and observations with some officers, especially in the field of Treasury, disbursement procedure of disbursement of funds related to PPh 22 is already in accordance with the regulations stipulated . | |||||||||
