Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan sebagai pendidikan berbasis kecakapan hidup bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada salah satu sekolah Pilot Project Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan di Kabupaten Tangerang, yaitu SMP Negeri 1 Curug Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan sebagai pendidikan berbasis kecakapan hidup bagi peserta didik dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan kerjasama dari stakeholder pendidikan yang menerapkan 8 program utama pada kegiatan intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler sekolah. Faktor pendukung implementasi program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan terdiri dari faktor internal berupa optimalisasi sarana prasarana sekolah, peran pimpinan sekolah dan pendidik. Sedangkan, faktor pendukung eksternal berasal dari peran pemerintah dan yayasan Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan. Namun, pada sisi lain, implementasi Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan juga memiliki beberapa faktor penghambat yaitu proses pembelajaran belum maksimal, pendidik masih kesulitan memahami karakteristik peserta didik, dan pelaksanaan tahapan monitoring evaluasi belum dilakukan secara berkala. Adapun solusi untuk mengatasi kendala implementasi program Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan adalah: 1) Melaksanakan reorientasi pembelajaran; 2) Mengoptimalkan manajemen sekolah melalui kolaborasi, 3) Mengembangkan kultur sekolah, dan 4) Pengembangan evaluasi.

| Additional Information: | The purpose of this research was to see the implementation of Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan program as life skills-based education for student. The research was conducted at one of Pilot Project school in Tangerang Regency, namely SMP Negeri 1 Curug. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Collecting data using interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan program as life skills-based education for student was carried out in collaboration with education stakeholders that implemented 8 main programs in intracurricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities. The supporting factors for the implementation of Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan program consist of internal factors are optimization of school infrastructure, the role of school leaders and educators. Meanwhile, external supporting factors come from the role of the government and Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan foundation. However, on the other side, the implementation of Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan also has several inhibiting factors are the learning process is not optimal, educators still have difficulty understanding student, and the implementation of monitoring evaluation has not been carried out regularly. The solutions to overcome the problem of implementing Gerakan Sekolah Menyenangkan program are: 1) Implementing reorientation of learning; 2) Optimizing school management through collaboration, 3) Developing school culture, and 4) Developing evaluation. | |||||||||
