Abstract
Penelitian ini menggambarkan tentang perilaku konsumtif pada kalangan perempuan di klinik kecantikan Aina Beauty Center. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perilaku konsumtif pada kalangan perempuan di klinik kecantikan Aina Beauty Center. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori baudrilard, kalangan perempuan di klinik kecantikan hanya mengkonsumsi tanda yaitu janji yang diberikan oleh klinik kecantikan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara terstruktur, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 11 pengguna klinik kecantiikan Aina Beauty Center dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan yaitu perempuan yang minimal 1 tahun berlanggana di klinik kecantikan Aina Beauty Center. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya kriteria kecantikan serta keinginan untuk tampil cantik merupakan alasan kuat para perempuan untuk melakukan perawatan wajah di klinik kecantikan. Faktor pendorong perilaku konsumtif perempuan pengguna klinik kecatikan dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu faktor pendorong internal antara lain pengalaman belajar pengambilan keputusan ,gaya hidup, motivasi dan Faktor pendorong eksternal antara lain kelompok referensi dan situasi. Dampak perilaku konsumtif dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu, Dampak negatifnya yaitu ketergantungan, boros, dan belum merasa puas dengan hasil yang dicapai. Dampak positif yaitu menambah rasa percaya diri, terlihat lebih cantik, investasi di masa tua, menunjang untuk mencari pekerjaan, merawat kesehatan wajah. Kata kunci: Perempuan, Perilaku Konsumtif, Klinik Kecantikan.

Additional Information: | This study describes consumptive behavior among women in the Aina Beauty Center beauty clinic. The purpose of this study was to determine consumptive behavior among women in the Aina Beauty Center beauty clinic. This study uses the Baudrilard theory, women in beauty clinics only consume signs, namely promises given by beauty clinics. Data collection techniques using structured interview techniques, observation and documentation. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects consisted of 11 users of the Aina Beauty Center beauty clinic with predetermined criteria, namely women who had at least 1 year joined the Aina Beauty Center beauty clinic.. The results showed that the existence of beauty criteria and the desire to look beautiful were strong reasons for women to do facial treatments at beauty clinics. The driving factors for the consumptive behavior of women using subdistrict clinics are divided into two, namely internal driving factors, including learning experience of decision making, lifestyle, motivation and external driving factors, including reference groups and situations. The impact of consumptive behavior can be divided into two, namely, the negative impact, namely dependence, wasteful, and not feeling satisfied with the results achieved. The positive impact is increasing self-confidence, looking more beautiful, investing in old age, supporting finding a job, caring for facial health.. | |||||||||
