Abstract
Penyalahgunaan narkoba dari tahun ke tahun menunujukan kecenderungan yang semakin meningkat, bahkan penyalahgunaan narkoba didunia tidak pernah kunjung berkurang dan terbukti telah merusak masa depan bangsa termasuk indonesia. Dengan diterbitkannya Inpres Nomor 12 tahun 2011 tentang Pelaksanaan Kebijakan dan Strategi Nasional P4GN tahun 2011 diintruksikan kepada seluruh Kementrian/Lembaga, Gubernur, Walikota, dan Bupati untuk menyelengarakan P4GN. Rencana aksinya adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan penerangan kepada siswa/pelajar pendidikan menengah yang rentan dan berisiko tinggi dari penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap narkoba. Selain itu, membentuk dan meningkatkan keterampilan kader anti narkoba dikalangan para siswa/pelajar pendidikan menengah yang lingkungannya rentan dan beresiko tinggi dari penyalahgunaan dan peredaran gelap narkoba. Penelitian ini bertujuan unutuk mengatahui dan menganlisisstrategi yang tepat dilakukan oleh Badan Nrkotika Nasiona Provinsi Banten dalam Upaya Pencegahan Penyalahgunaan Narkoba pada Remaja. teori yang digunakan yaitu Model Perencanaan Komunikasi Philip Lesley. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi komunikasi Badan Narkotika Nasional Provinsi Banten dalam Upaya Pencegahan Penyalagunaan Narkoba pada Remaja masih belum optimal dan efektif perlunya strategi yang tepat dalam upaya pencegahan dan pemberantasan penyalahgunaan narkoba dalam upaya pengurangan dampak buruk kepada remaja sebagai tindakan pencegahan dan pemberantasan narkoba.

| Additional Information: | Drug abuse from year to year shows an increasing trend, even drug abuse in the world has never decreased and has been proven to have damaged the future of the nation, including Indonesia. With the issuance of Presidential Instruction Number 12 of 2011 concerning Implementation of the 2011 National P4GN Policies and Strategies, all Ministries / Agencies, Governors, Mayors and Regents are instructed to hold P4GN. The plan of action is to provide education and information to secondary education students / students who are vulnerable and at high risk of drug abuse and trafficking. In addition, forming and improving the skills of anti-drug cadres among secondary education students / students whose environment is vulnerable and at high risk of drug abuse and trafficking. This study aims to identify and analyze the appropriate strategies carried out by the National Narcotics Agency of Banten Province in the Prevention of Drug Abuse in Adolescents. The theory used is Philip Lesley's Communication Planning Model. The results of this study indicate that the communication strategy of the National Narcotics Agency of Banten Province in the Prevention of Drug Abuse in Adolescents is still not optimal and effective.
