Abstract
Proses produksi meliputi pra produksi, produksi, serta paska produksi merupakan proses pengolahan dari suatu tayangan yang akan memberikan informasi untuk pemirsa di rumah. Proses produksi program peguron tidak terlepas dari peran kru Banten TV serta narasumber sebagai sumber informasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses produksi program peguron di Banten TV dalam memperkenalkan budaya Banten. Subjek penelitian yaitu program peguron Banten TV, merupakan tayangan yang mengangkat tentang kebudayaan seni bela diri pencak silat yang berada di tanah Banten, program peguron tayang di televisi lokal Banten TV. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Hirarki Pengaruh Isi Media oleh Pamela J. Shoemaker dan Stephen D. Reese. Metode Teori ini menjelaskan pengaruh internal dan ekternal dalam pemberitaan suatu media. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif, serta menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis. Proses pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara langsung, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Pemilihan informan didasari pada tugas, tanggung jawab dan wewenang informan yang bersangkutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam produksi program peguron terdapat aspek individu yaitu pendidikan, kepercayaan dan etnis. Rutinitas Banten TV dalam produksi program peguron terdapat pra produksi, produksi, serta paska produksi. Peran organisasi yang terlibat manager program, produser, script writer, editor, cameraman, dan MCR. Peran eksternal terhadap proses produksi program peguron yaitu sumber informasi yang disebut juga sebagai narasumber. Terdapat narasumber utama yaitu IPSI (Ikatan Pencak Silat Indonesia), pengurus besar, pelatih silat, serta peserta silat peguron tersebut. Ideologi Banten TV berasal dari visi mereka. Dengan mengacu dari ideologi tersebut, Banten TV memutuskan untuk membuat tayangan bertemakan budaya Banten yaitu seni bela diri pencak silat yang diberi nama Peguron.

| Additional Information: | The production process includes pre-production, production, and post�production, which is the processing process of a show that will provide information for viewers at home. The production process of the peguron program is inseparable from the role of the Banten TV crew and sources as sources of information. This research was conducted to determine the production process of the peguron program in Banten TV in introducing Banten culture. The research subject is the peguron Banten TV program, which is a program about the culture of the martial arts martial arts in Banten, the peguron program broadcast on Banten TV local television. This study uses the Hierarchy theory of Media Content Influence by Pamela J. Shoemaker and Stephen D. Reese. This theory method explains the internal and external influences in the reporting of a media. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and uses a constructivist paradigm. The data collection process used was direct interviews, observation and documentation study. The selection of informants is based on the duties, responsibilities and authority of the informants concerned. The results showed that in the production of the Peguron program there were individual aspects, namely education, belief and ethnicity. Banten TV routines in the production of peguron programs include pre-production, production, and post-production. The organizational roles involved program manager, producer, script writer, editor, cameraman, and MCR. The external role of the peguron program production process is a source of information that is also referred to as a resource. There are the main speakers, namely IPSI (Indonesian Pencak Silat Association), the big board, the silat trainer, and the peguron silat participants. Banten TV's ideology stems from their vision. With reference to this ideology, Banten TV decided to make a program with the theme of Banten culture, namely the martial art of pencak silat, which was named Peguron.
