Abstract
Tania Nurfairuza / 5551160143 / Skripsi / Pengaruh Leverage Terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Dengan Ukuran Perusahaan Sebagai Variabel Moderating (Studi Empiris Perusahaan Sub Sektor Food and Beverage yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2009-2018).” / Dibawah bimbingan Dr. H. Akhmadi, S.E., M.M. dan Emma Suryani, SE., MM. / Jurusan Manajemen / Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis / Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa / 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi profitabilitas, faktor-faktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegaruh leverage dan ukuran perusahaan dalam perusahaan sub sektor food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2009- 2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Data Sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2009-2018. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 22.0 menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan , (2) Ukuran perusahaan tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh leverage terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan.

Intention of this study is to determine factors affect profitability, the factors used in this study are the influence of leverage and firm size in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2009-2018. In this research method used by to analyse is descriptive and associative methods. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population used in this study is all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2009-2018. The sample that used by 10 companies selected using purposive sampling method. Based on the results of research using SPSS 22.0 software, it shows that: (1) Leverage has a significant effect on profitability, (2) Firm size is unable to moderate the effect of leverage on profitability.
