Abstract
Dinda Kurnia Mafliyanti, 5551160206, Skripsi, Pengaruh Leverage Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dengan Profitabilitas sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi pada Perusahaan Sub sektor Foods and Beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2011-2017), dibawah bimbingan Ana Susi Mulyani, S.E.,M.M. dan Enok Nurhayati, S.E.,M.Si., Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage yang diproksikan oleh Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang diproksikan oleh Price to Book Value (PBV) dengan Profitabilitas yang diproksikan oleh Return On Equity (ROE) sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sub sektor foods and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2011- 2017. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 9 perusahaan dari total 18 populasi yang diperoleh melalui metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah path analysis dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Leverage (DER) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV), (2) Leverage (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas (ROE), (3) Profitabilitas (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV), (4) Profitabilitas (ROE) tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara Leverage (DER) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV).

The study aims to determine the effect of Leverage proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Firm Value as proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV) wih Profitability proxied by Return On Equity (ROE) as an intervening variable. The population used in this study were foods and beverages sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2011-2017period. The number of samples in this study were 9 companies from a total of 18 populations obtained through purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniques used in this study were path analysis and sobel test. The result of this study indicate that: (1) Leverage (DER) has a positive and not significant effect on Firm Value (PBV), (2) Leverage (DER) has a negative and significant effect on Profitability (ROE), (3) Profitability (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on Firm Value (PBV), (4) Profitability (ROE) is unable to medicate the relationship between Leverage (DER) and Firm Value (PBV).
