Abstract

Andri / 5551160067 / Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa / Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal, Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Preventif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Guna Teguh Abadi Contruction / Dibawah bimbingan Eloh Bahiroh, SE., MM dan Ika Utami Widyaningsih, SE., M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal, Motivasi Kerja, dan Disiplin Preventif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Guna Teguh Abadi Contruction. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat empat variabel, yaitu Komunikasi Interpersonal (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2), Disiplin Preventif (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan pada PT. Guna Teguh Abadi Contruction dengan sampel sebanyak 75 karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik (Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heterokedastisitas, dan Uji Autokorelasi), Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji T dengan perhitungan SPSS v.21. Hasil: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (t hitung (3.866) > t tabel (1.666) dan nilai sig (0,000) < (0,05)). (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (t hitung (2.177) > t tabel (1.666) dan nilai signifikan (0,033) < (0,05)). (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Disiplin Preventif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (t hitung (4.522) > t tabel (1.666) dan nilai sig (0,000) < (0,05)).

Results: (1) There is a positive and significant influence between Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance (t count (3,866) > t table (1,666) and sig value (0,000) < (0.05)). (2) There is a positive and significant influence between Work Motivation on Employee Performance (t count (2.177) > t table (1.666) and a significant value (0.033) < (0.05)). (3) There is a positive and significant influence between Preventive Discipline on Employee Performance (t count (4.522) > t table (1.666) and the sig value (0.000) < (0.05)).
