Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat pada program imunisasi, kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang imunisasi khususnya ketakutan akan efek samping, serta kurangnya sosialisasi dan penyuluhan tentang imunisasi khususnya efek samping imunisasi dari Puskesmas dan Posyandu kepada masyarakat Kecamatan Kragilan. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah Partisipasi Masyarakat pada Program Imunisasi dalam Upaya Pencegahan KLB Difteri di Kabupaten Serang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Partisipasi Masyarakat pada Program Imunisasi di Kecamatan Kragilan. Teori pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pihak Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Serang, Puskesmas Kecamatan Kragilan, Posyandu di Kecamatan Kragilan, Kecamatan Kragilan, dan Masyarakat Kecamatan Kragilan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu tidak adanya forum antara Puskesmas, Posyandu, Kecamatan, maupun masyarakat, artisipasi masyarakat Kecamatan Kragilan rendah. Kemudian kurangnya koordinasi antara Puskesmas dengan Kecamatan Kragilan. Selain itu kurangnya sosialisasi dan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat Kecamatan Kragilan. Serta masih kurang selektifnya pemilihan Ketua Posyandu di Kecamatan Kragilan dari segi latar belakang pendidikan. Kata Kunci : Imunisasi, KLB Difteri, Partisipasi Masyarakat.

The problems in this study include the low level of community participation in immunization programs, the lack of public knowledge about immunization, especially the fear of side effects, and the lack of socialization and counseling on immunization especially immunization side effects from Puskesmas and Posyandu to the people of Kragilan Regency. The focus in this study was Community Participation in the Immunization Program in an Effort to Prevent Diphtheria Outbreaks in the Regency Kragilan, Serang District. The purpose of this study was to find out how Community Participation in the Immunization Program in the Kragilan Regency. The data collection theory used is observation, interview, and documentation study. The informants in this study were the Dinas Keseahatan of Serang District, Puskesmas of Kragilan Regency, Posyandu in the Kragilan Regency, Office of Regency Kragilan, and the Kragilan Regency Community. The results of this study are that there is no forum between Puskesmas, Posyandu, Office of Kragilan Regency, or the community, the participation of the people of the lower Kragilan Regency. Then the lack of coordination between the Puskesmas and the Kragilan Regency. In addition, there was a lack of socialization and counseling to the people of Kragilan Regency. As well as the lack of selectivity of the Chairperson of the Posyandu in Regency Kragilan in terms of educational background. Key Words : Community Participation, Diphtheria Outbreak, Immunization. |
