Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Good Government Governance, Sistem Perencanaan Penganggaran, dan Pengendalian Intern terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh aparatur pemerintah daerah di Kota Tangerang Selatan yang terlibat dan bertanggung jawab dalam perencanaan penganggaran, pendapatan dan pengelolaan keuangan pada Operasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) lingkup Kota Tangerang Selatan. Sampel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 pegawai dengan metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan cara studi lapangan (field research) yang diperoleh langsung dari penyebaran daftar pertanyaan atau kuesioner kepada responden terpilih. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Good Government Governance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan, Sistem Perencanaan Penganggaran berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan dan Pengendalian Intern berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemerintah Daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan.

| Additional Information: | This study aims to examine the effect of good government governance, budget planning systems, and internal control on the performance of local government in South Tangerang City. The population of this research is all local government officials in South Tangerang City who are involved and responsible in planning budgeting, revenue and financial management in Regional Apparatus Operations in South Tangerang City. The samples tested in this study were 60 employees of the Regional Government with the sampling method used, namely purposive sampling. The data used in this research is primary data by means of field studies (field research) obtained directly from distributing a list of questions or questionnaires to selected respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Good Government Governance has a significant positive effect on the Performance of Regional Government of South Tangerang City, the Budget Planning System has a significant positive effect on the Performance of the Regional Government of South Tangerang City and Internal Control has a significant positive effect on the Performance of the Regional Government of South Tangerang City.
