Abstract
Saad Al Khalis / 5551160018 / Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa / Pengaruh Insentif Kerja ,Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Wildwood Cikande Kabupaten Serang / Dibawah bimbingan Dr Aan Khurosani SE.,MM dan Ipan Hilmawan, SE.,MM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Insentif kerja, Motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Wildwood Cikande Kabupaten Serang. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat empat variabel, yaitu Insentif Kerja (X1), Motivasi Kerja (X2), Disiplin Kerja (X3), dan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan PT.Wildwood sebagai sampel yaitu 89 karyawan. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang akurat dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan kuisioner penelitian inimenggunakan metode deskriptif, analisis data,uji instrument, uji asumsi kelasik,koefisien determinasi,dan uji t dengan perhitungan melalui SPSS v23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Insentif Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (3) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work incentives, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Wildwood Cikande, Serang Regency. In this study there are four variables, namely Work Incentives (X1), Work Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). This study involved all employees of PT.Wildwood as a sample of 89 employees. To get accurate results in this study using interviews, observations, and research questionnaires using descriptive methods, data analysis, instrument testing, class assumption tests, coefficient of determination, and t test with calculations through SPSS v23. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work Incentives have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. | |||||||||
