Abstract

Stigma about the determinants of the quality of education that many factors taken into account only - factor the quality of teachers, availability of funds and adequate facilities and infrastructure, while the role of employees in educational institutions as one significant factor is ignored. Departing from the question of the purpose of this study was to determine how much the performance of employees at the University of sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, study design used is descriptive quantitative research. Population of 171, Determination of the sample using simple random sampling technique the number of 114 samples, using a table Isaac and Michael with a 5% error level of data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with quantitative approach, the interpretation using the calculation formula according Slabovitz as follows: M = Σ f (x) / n, the interpretation of the results of the calculation of the numbers visible from the eight indicators, the average value of each indicator. 3.79 for the good category. This means that the performance of employees at the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa in either category, but not optimal. Keywords: Employees, Performance
