Abstract
Department of labor and Transmigration in Serang City is one of Serang governmental unit which is the main device in providing services about labour and transmigration.As the Department of labor and Transmigration, the public service needs to be improved in every aspect. This requires the unity and commitment of all the elements. So that the vision and mission that you want to accomplish by the Department of labor and Transmigration can be realized.Department of labor and Transmigration in Serang City trying to devote all of its ability to provide the best to the community by working optimally so as to produce a good performance. With employees do work as intended by the office have a positive impact for Department of labor and Transmigration in the public vision. Therefore Serang Department of labor and Transmigration employees are required to know and understand the work that they do. While the lack of personnel in understanding the culture of the organization in which they work, will bring things to harm the institution itself Keywords : Culture, Service, Performance
