Abstract
NISFI MEIGIA. NIM. 6662140518. SKRIPSI. Pemanfaatan dan Pengelolaan Website lebakkab.go.id oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kabupaten Lebak sebagai Akses Informasi Publik. Pembimbing I : Dr. Ing. (FH) Rangga Galura Gumelar, M.Si dan Pembimbing II : Ronny Yudhi Septa Priana, M.Si Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kabupaten Lebak merupakan salah satu penyelenggara informasi publik melalui website. Antusias masyarakat terhadap website lebakab.go.id terlihat dari rata-rata pengunjung dan aktivitas komunikasi yang terjadi dalam website tersebut. Diskominfo sebagai penyelenggara informasi publik harus mampu menyediakan konten pada website. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pemanfaatan dan proses pengelolaan website lebakkab.go.id oleh Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kabupaten Lebak sebagai akses informasi publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Informasi Organisasi. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan paradigma post-positivisme. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Informan penelitian dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa website lebakkab.go.id dimanfaatkan untuk memberikan informasi kepada publik mengenai Kabupaten Lebak dan bermanfaat untuk Diskominfo sebagai salah satu media dalam menjaring informasi. Proses pengelolaan website meliputi penjaringan informasi dan penafsiran informasi, dengan melibatkan beberapa anggota organisasi. Kata kunci : website, informasi publik, teori informasi organisasi.

The enthusiasm of the society towards the lebakab.go.id website can be seen by the average visitors and communication activities that occur on the website. Diskominfo as an organizer of public information must be able to provide content on the website. This study aims to explain how the utilization and management process of lebakkab.go.id website by the Lebak Regency Communication and Information Agency (Diskominfo) as access to public information. This research uses Organizational Information theory. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative approach with the post-positivism paradigm. The techniques of data collection are carried out by interview, observation and document study. Research informants were selected based on purposive sampling technique. The results of this study explain that the lebakkab.go.id website is used to provide information to the public about Lebak Regency and is useful for Diskominfo as one of the media in capturing information. The website management process includes information gathering and information interpretation, involving several members of the organization.
