Abstract

Quality is an important element for both manufacturing and service companies. Company must always manage their quality in order organizational processes run effectively and efficiently, so that consumers will continue to use the services provided. The purpose of this study is to know what is the most important criteria and alternatives in Loka Pemeriksaan Penyakit Ikan dan Lingkungan Serang laboratory service. Using Total Quality Service (TQS) as a theory, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and supported by three data of Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat (SKM) in 2020. The result are Reliability as the most important criteria within (39,11 %) percentage, and for alternative is A6/Accreditarion from official authority within (16,2 %) average perctage.
