Abstract
Roni Romadhani 031251 Jurusan Komunikasi Jurnalistik Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Banten. Tema dan Makna Gambar Karikatur di Harian Umum Lokal Fajar Banten, dibawah bimbingan Drs. Karomani dan Ikhsan Ahmad S.Ip. Pada skripsi ini diteliti Tema dan Makna Gambar Karikatur di Harian Umum Lokal Kabar Banten dengan menggunakan teknik Deskriptif Kualitatif, dengan cara mengacak secara sederhana tema dan fungsi yang sering muncul baik bersifat sosial maupun politik merupakan populasi penelitian ini. Sedangkan sampelnya diambil dengan menggunakan simple random sampling atau secara acak sederhana. Penelitian ini ditunjukkan agar diketahui bagaimana karikatur sebagai bagian yang paling banyak terdapat pada surat kabar Harian Umum Lokal Fajar Banten, dan setelah melewati proses penelitian ini didapat hasilnya yaitu karikatur seputar limbah B3, Wajar Dikdas 9 tahun, pelarangan pelacuran dan semua hal yang sifatnya sosial . Karikatur jenis ini cenderung menyatakan hasil dan sikap penilaian terhadap permasalahan yang di karikaturkan oleh seorang kartunis. Karikatur di surat kabar Harian Umum Lokal Fajar Banten, ada juga yang bersifat politik seperti Pelajaran Demokratisasi, dilema politik, menanti UU AP dan lainnya yaitu sebanyak 21% dalam 10 terbitan. Karikatur ini hampir serupa dengan interpretasi yang memberikan penjelasan kepada suatu peristiwa atau pendapat dan sikap dari seorang kartunisnya pun terlihat jelas sehingga karikatur di Harian Umum Lokal Fajar Banten telah memenuhi syarat sebagai karikatur, karena karikatur yang memang mempunyai sikap yang tegas dan jelas sebagai pengkritik yang sangat “pedas”.

In this thesis examined Theme and Meaning in Daily Photo caricature Local Fajar Banten using Qualitative Descriptive techniques, in a simple way to randomize the themes and functions that often appear to be both socially and politically is a population study. While the sample is taken using simple random sampling or simple random sampling. This study demonstrated for known how the caricatures as part of the role of the press to exercise social control are most numerous in the Daily Local newspaper Dawn Banten, and after going through the process of research it could be the result of caricatures about B3, 9-year Compulsory Basic Education, the prohibition of prostitution and all things social in character. Caricature of this type tend to declare the results and attitude assessment of the problems in caricature by a cartoonist. The caricature in the newspaper Daily Dawn Local Banten, there is also a political nature such as Lessons of Democratization, political dilemma, waiting for the AP and other law that is as much as 21% in 10 publications. This caricature is almost similar to the interpretation that gives an explanation to an event or opinion and attitude of a cartoon was clearly visible so that the caricature in the Daily Local Kabar Banten has been qualified as a caricature, because the caricature that does have a firm and clear stance as a critic of the very “Spicy”. |
