Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance at PT. Indofood Fritolay Makmur - Cikupa Plant. In this study the method used to analyze the use of descriptive methods that aim to describe or illustrate an overview of the properties or characteristics of a particular phenomenon. While the design of the study is exploratory design and design is to analyze the causal relationships between one variable with another variable by using statistics. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample using a population of 67 respondents who use this method of data analysis and product moment correlation coefficient. From the calculation of SPSS v.20, based on the analysis of SPSS v.20 generated a degree of influence between Communications Interpersonal to Employee Performance obtained hypothesis testing results obtained from t-test (5.940) > t-table (1.997), then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a significant effect between Interpersonal Communication (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) and the t-test (2.140) > t-table (1.997) then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a significant effect between Intrinsic Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Indofood Fritolay Makmur Cikupa- Plant.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Indofood Fritolay Makmur – Pabrik Cikupa. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis digunakan metode deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menguraikan atau menggambarkan gambaran tentang sifat-sifat atau karakteristik dari suatu fenomena tertentu. Sedangkan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain deskriftif dan desain kausal yaitu untuk menganalisis hubungan-hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya dengan menggunakan statistik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan pengukuran skala likert. Penentuan sampelnya menggunakan populasi sebanyak 67 responden yang menggunakan metode analisis data dan koefisien korelasi product moment. Dari hasil perhitungan program SPSS v.20, berdasarkan hasil analisis SPSS v.20 dihasilkan tingkat pengaruh antara Komunikasi Interpesonal terhadap Kinerja Karyawan didapat dari hasil pengujian hipotesis didapat t-hitung (3.516) > t-tabel (2.013) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Komunikasi Interpersonal (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) dan antara t-hitung (2.826) > t-tabel (2.013) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Motivasi Intrinsik (X2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) pada PT. Indofood Fritolay Makmur – Pabrik Cikupa. | |||||||||
