Abstract
This study aims to determine the Effects of Occupational Health and SafetyStyle and incentification on Employee Performance in PT.Erawan Multi Perkasa Abadi. This type of research is a quantitative study using survey research techniques. This study uses literature and field research such as interviews, observation and questionnaires. With a sample of 41 respondents, the sampling technique using saturated samples. Data processing studies performed using SPSS version 21. From the discussion and the results of calculations using the SPSS program obtained values in column R = 0.590 with this shows the relationship is between the variables X1 (of Occupational Health and SafetyStyle ) and X2 (incentification ) to Y (employee performance). While the determination coefficient of 0.348 mean that the influence of Occupational Health and SafetyStyle and incentification on Employee. Performance was 34.8% and the balance of 65.2% is influenced by other factors outside the study, which means that if the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Style and incentification to do well will affect Employee performance. From the test results obtained by the results of the F count> F table (10.142 > 3.24) then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted, it means that there are indeed significant influence of Occupational Health and SafetyStyle and incentification on Employee Performance PT. Erawan Multi Perkasa Abadi and obtained the following multiple regression equation Y = 13.568 + 0.253 X1 + 0.322 X2

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja dan Pemberian Insentif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Erawan Multia Perkasa Abadi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan dengan teknik penelitian menggunakan survey. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan seperti wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Dengan sampel 41 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengolahan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS versi 21. Dari hasil pembahasan serta hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan program SPSS didapat nilai dikolom R = 0,590 dengan hal ini menunjukan hubungan yang sedang antara variabel X1 (Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja) dan variabel X2 (Pemberian Insentif) terhadap Y (Kinerja Karyawan). Sedangkan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,348 artinya besar pengaruh Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja dan Pemberian insentif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan adalah sebesar 34,8% dan sisanya sebesar 65,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini, yang artinya jika pelaksanaan Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja dan Pemberian Insentif dilakukan dengan baik akan mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh hasil F hitung > F tabel (10,142 > 3,24) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya bahwa memang terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja dan Pemberian insentif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Erawan Multi Perekasa Abadi dan didapat persamaan regresi berganda sebagai berikut Y = 13,568 + 0,253 X1 + 0,322 X2. | |||||||||
