Abstract
This research is intended to analyze the effect of work labour, private investment : PMA realization, PMDN realization and local goverment expenditure on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Banten Province during theperiod of 2005-2011. This study is motivated by the facts that Banten Gross Regional Domestic Product has been fluctuated and its value is far from other provinces in Banten during the period study. This study makes use of time series data of 2005-2011 and its utilizes regression analysis of “ Analysis of panel data by method fixxed effect model (fEM) with the time research 2005-2011. This research use software Eviews 8. The findings of this study suggest that labor forces, private investment (PMA and PMDN) and local goverment expenditure do give a positive impact on sthe fluctuation of Central Java GRDP. It is also found that the economic crisis has significant influence on the GRDP negative direction It is recommended that to increase GRDP of Banten Province, a policy is needed to motivate all parties to make investment in this povince. The effort to increase investment should be focused on activities that involve many workers. Finally the role of regional goverment trough goverment expenditure which is able to stimulate the increasing variable of private investment and the opportunity of labour force which is expected to increase the regional economic activities in order to reach the economic growth and people income per kapita.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh angkatan kerja, investasi:realisasi PMA, realisasi PMDN terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi pada kabupaten/kota diProvinsi Banten selama kurun waktu 2005-2011. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan bahwa PDRB Provinsi Banten sangat fluktuatif dan nilainya jauh tertinggal dibandingkan dengan propinsi lain di Pulau Jawa dalam periode pengamatan yang sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis panel data dengan metode fixxed Effect Model (fEM) dengan waktu penelitian tahun 2005-2011.Penelitian ini menggunakan software Eviews 8. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa angkatan kerja, investasi swasta (PMA dan PMDN) memberi dampak positif terhadap perkembangan PDRB Propinsi Banten. Krisis ekonomi menyebabkan perbedaan yang nyata kondisi antara sebelum dan sesudah krisis dan memberi arah yang positif. Sebagai upaya meningkatkan PDRB Propinsi Banten maka diperlukan kebijakan mendorong minat berinvestasi di daerah. Pengembangan usaha sebaiknya diarahkan pada kegiatan yang bersifat padat karya agar mampu menyerap tenaga kerja sebanyak mungkin. Pada akhirnya peran pemerintah daerah melalui pengeluaran pemerintah yang dapat merangsang peningkatan variabel investasi dan penyerapan angkatan kerja diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kegiatan ekonomi daerah guna tercapainya pertumbuhan ekonomi dan peningkatan pendapatan perkapita masyarakat. | |||||||||
