Abstract
MAMAH ROHMAH, 7772130094. "Influence of Snowball Throwing Methods and Learning Activities for Learning Outcomes PPKn Class X SMAN 1 Pandeglang". Thesis, Instructional Technology Program, Post Graduate University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa 2014. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of teaching methods and learning activities Snowball Throwing on learning outcomes PPKn. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Pandeglang academic year 2014/2015. This research method used is the experimental method with 2x2 factorial design. The population of this research is all of students of class X amounting to 458 and the sample consisted of 52 students who were divided into four groups, each group consisting of 13 students, group I (experimental class students learn high activity); group II (experimental class students learn the low activity); Group III (control class students learn high activity); group IV (control class students learning activity is low). The independent variable in this study is the method of Snowball Throwing (X1), moderator variable learning activities (X2), and the dependent variable learning outcomes PPKn (Y). Instrument used was a questionnaire study activity and achievement test PPKn. The analysis technique used is the analysis of variance (ANOVA) two lanes. The results of this study indicate that: (1). There are differences in learning outcomes between students who use the PPKn Snowball Throwing method with students who use the expository method of F vii count 21.407 > F table 4.04; (2). There are differences in learning outcomes between students who have PPKn high learning activities with students who have a low learning activity of F count 204.945 > F table 4.04; (3). There is an interaction effect between Snowball Throwing methods and learning activities to result PPKn F count 4.056 > 4.04 F table . From these results it can be concluded that through the use of methods Snowball Throwing and learning activities affect the learning outcomes PPKn class X SMAN 1 Pandeglang.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode pembelajaran Snowball Throwing dan aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar PPKn. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Pandeglang tahun pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah metode kuasi eksperimen dengan disain faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 458 siswa dengan sampel terdiri dari 52 siswa yang dibagi menjadi empat kelompok, masingmasing kelompok terdiri dari 13 siswa, kelompok I (kelas eksperimen siswa aktivitas belajar tinggi); kelompok II (kelas eksperimen siswa aktivitas belajar rendah); kelompok III (kelas kontrol siswa aktivitas belajar tinggi); kelompok IV (kelas kontrol siswa aktivitas belajar rendah). Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Snowball Throwing (X1), variabel moderator aktivitas belajar (X2), dan variabel terikat hasil belajar PPKn (Y). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner aktivitas belajar dan tes hasil belajar PPKn. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis ragam (Anava) dua jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1). Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar PPKn antara siswa yang mengunakan metode Snowball Throwing dengan siswa yang menggunakan metode ekspositori F hitung 21,407 > F vi tabel 4,04; (2). Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar PPKn antara siswa yang memiliki aktivitas belajar tinggi dengan siswa yang memiliki aktivitas belajar rendah F hitung 204,945 > F tabel 4,04; (3). Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara metode Snowball Throwing dan aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil PPKn F hitung 4,056 > F tabel 4,04. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penggunaan metode Snowball Throwing dan aktivitas belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar PPKn kelas X SMAN 1 Pandeglang | |||||||||
