Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan komputer berbasis pengujian terhadap nilai siswa dalam tes prestasi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif khususnya desain eksperimen sejati. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMKN 1 Kota Serang di tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Sampling yang diambil adalah X akuntansi 2 dan X multimedia 1. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik cluster sampling yang dibutuhkan 10% dari populasi. Jadi, sampel yang dipilih adalah 39 siswa kelas kontrol dan 39 siswa kelas eksperimen. Instrumen penelitian adalah tes yang diberikan dalam dua bentuk; pre-test dan post-test. Instrumen telah diperiksa melalui uji coba yang telah dilakukan di X akuntansi 1 kelas. Jadi, instrumen penelitian terbukti valid dan reliabel. Setelah Dalam melakukan penelitian, terlihat bahwa kelas eksperimen yang mendapatkan perlakuan tes berbasis komputer menunjukkan perbedaan skor dari kelas kontrol. Dia didukung oleh uji-T. Perhitungan ini menunjukkan hasil thitung lebih tinggi dari ttabel (3,149 > 1,99) dengan derajat bebas 76 dan signifikansi 0,05. Dia dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengujian berbasis komputer memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai siswa dalam tes prestasi dan dapat digunakan sebagai teknik alternatif dalam menilai prestasi siswa

Additional Information: This research aimed to figure out the influence of using computer-based testing toward students’ score in achievement test. The research design used was quantitative approach specifically true experimental design. The population used in this research wasthe students of the tenth grade of SMKN 1 Kota Serang in academic year 2014/2015. The taken sampling was X accounting 2 and X multimedia 1. The sample was selected by cluster sampling technique which required 10% from population. So, the selected sample were 39 students of control class and 39 students of experimental class. The instrument of research was test which administered into two forms; pre-test and post-test. The instrument have been examined through tryout which has been conducted in X accounting 1 class. So, it was proven that the research instrument was valid and reliable. After doing the research, it can be seen that the experimental class who got computer�based testing as treatment showed the difference score from the control class. It was supported by the T-test. This calculation showed the result of tcount is higher than ttable(3.149 > 1.99) with the degree of freedom 76 and the significance 0.05. It can be concluded that the computer-based testing has an influence toward students’ score in achievement test and it can be used as an alternative technique in assesing students achievement
