Abstract
Melawati Dewi/5551110386/Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis/Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa/Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas dan Leverage Terhadap Peringkat Obligasi Pada Perusahaan Go Publik Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2008-2011/Dibawah Bimbingan Dr. Wawan Ichwanudin, SE., M.Si dan Intan Purbasari, SE., M.S.M. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return On Assets, Likuiditas yang diukur dengan Current Ratio dan Leverage yang diukur dengan Debt To Equity Ratio Terhadap Peringkat Obligasi Pada Perusahaan Go Publik Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan diperingkat oleh PEFINDO Periode 2008-2011. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan Go Publik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan diperingkat oleh PEFINDO tahun 2008-2011. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 8 sampel perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Indonesian Capital Market Directory, www.idx.co.id, dan www.pefindo.co.id. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% maka hasil penelitian ini, menyimpulkan: (1) rasio profitabilitas yang diukur dengan return on assets tidak berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi dengan nilai signifikansi 0.487 > 0.05, (2) rasio likuiditas yang diukur dengan current ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi dengan nilai signifikansi 0.735 > 0.05, (3) rasio leverage yang diukur dengan debt to equity ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi dengan nilai signifikansi 0.852

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability as measured by return on assets, liquidity as measured by the current ratio, and leverage as measured by debt to equity ratio against bond ratings on public traded companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchanges and rated by PEFINDO the period 2008-2011. The population in this study are all publicly traded companies listed on Indonesian stock exchanges and rated by PEFINDO 2008-2011. Samples determined based on purposive sampling method in order to obtain 8 samples companies. Data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory, www.idx.co.id dan www.pefindo.co.id. The analytical method used is logistic regression analysis. Based on the results of logistic regression analysis with significance level of 5%, the results of this study, concluded: (1) the ratio of profitability as measured by return on assets not affect the bond ratings with significant value 0.487 > 0.05, (2) the ratio of likuidity as measured by current ratio not affect the bond ratings with significant value 0.735 > 0.05, (3) ratio leverage as measured by deb to equity ratio not affect the bond ratings with significant value 0.852 > 0.05 | |||||||||
