Abstract

Performance measurement company can defined as an act that to measure various company activities or organization in company value. Than that of supervision or inspection at the very important work because it can be used as one of the gauge performance. A quality management system like a Total Quality Management (TQM) have been used as a proper to improve traditonal quality management system and a lot of company was trying to do that. Human Resources Management (HRM) is very importeant for the company for managing, regulate and for employees that can serve productively to the achievement of the company. At the moment the construction sector realizing the importance of human resources management to improve the company, but still have handle much trouble in the management and human resources development. The aim of research is to determine the influence of produced Total Quality Management (TQM) and Human Resources Management (HRM) of the company performance construction and know about Total Quality Management (TQM) to the Human Resources Management (HRM). Research methodology used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and use IBM SPSS AMOS for processing the data Based on estimation result as shown by the table above, there is a significant relation between the TQM variable and company's performance, coefficient value of 0,475 (moderate). Relation between the MSDM (human resources management) and company's performance also has a significant correlation, with the coefficient value of 0,693 (strong), as the relation between the TQM variable and human resources is also quite significant with the coefficient value of 0,568 (moderate) Keyword : Total Quality Management, Human Resources Management Construction Services Company
