Abstract

Ruri Fahruri 72130044. The Correlation Between Teachers’s Self-Concept And Their Work Motivation And Elementary School Teachers’s Professional Competence In Sukamaju School Group Labuan Sub District, Thesis, Instructional Technology Program Study Management Concentration, Post Graduate Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University In 2015. This study aims to examine. The Correlation Between Teachers’s SelfConcept And Their Work Motivation And Elementary School Teachers’s Professional Competence In Sukamaju School Group Labuan Sub District Population and sample in this research is the whole group in Sukamaju.During the 8-month study period, the study used a survey method. Data obtained from instruments by teachers in the form of a questionnaire containing the questionnaire using Likert scale 5 models. validation of the instrument using the formula product moment, and reliability of the instrument using Cronbach alpha. findings were obtained: (1) there is a positive correlation between self-concept of teachers with the professional competence of teachers with the regression equation Y = 29.38 + 0.73 X , correlation coefficient, (r ) = 0.777  = 0.05; (2) there is a positive correlation between motivation of teacher working with the professional competence of teachers, with the regression equation Y - 46.61 + 0.02 X y1 , the correlation coefficient (r y2 vii 2 ) = 0.722 a = 0.05 (3) there is a positive and significant correlation between the concept of self-motivation of teachers and teacher work together with the professional competence of teachers, with the pada  = 0.05. conclusions (1) there is a positive correlation between self-concept of teachers with the professional competence of teachers, (2) there is a positive correlation between work motivation of teachers to the competency of professional teachers, (3) there is a positive correlation between self-concept of teachers and motivated teacher work together with professional competence of teachers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji: “Hubungan antara Konsep Diri Guru dan Motivasi Kerja Guru dengan Kompetensi Professional Guru Sekolah Dasar di Gugus Sukamaju Kecamatan Labuan”. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru di Gugus Sukamaju, dengan sampel 60 Guru tempat penelitian di Gugus Sukamaju, waktu penelitian selama 8 bulan, Penelitian menggunakan Metode Survey. Data diperoleh dari pengisian instrumen oleh Guru berupa angket berisi kuisioner dengan menggunakan model 5 skala Likert. Validitas instrumen menggunakan formula Product Moment, dan Reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Hasil temuan penelitian diperoleh : (1) Terdapat hubungan positif antara konsep diri guru dengan kompetensi professional guru, dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ=29,38 + 0,73 X 1 , koefisien korelasi (r ) = 0,777 pada α = 0,05 ; (2) Terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi kerja guru dengan kompetensi professional guru, dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ= 46,61 + 0,62 X vi y1 , koefisien korelasi (r ) = 0,722 pada α = 0,05. (3) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara konsep diri guru dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersamasama dengan kompetensi professional guru, dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ= 30,21 + 0,631 X y2 1 + 0,099 X pada α = 0,05. Kesimpulan (1)Terdapat hubungan positif antara konsep diri guru dengan kompetensi professional guru, (2) Terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi kerja guru dengan kompetensi Profesional guru, (3) Terdapat hubungan positif antara konsep diri guru dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama dengan kompetensi professional guru
