Abstract

Employee performance is a measure of the success of an organization. In order to achieve an optimal organizational goals required remuneration among employees so as to create a work ethic to an increase in work. The background of the problem, namely: remuneration still ranked positions and employee absenteeism, their leader positions that gives task more than one positions, assessment Target Employee Work (SKP) conducted subjectively, the delay in completing the task, lack of communication in doing the task. The aim of research to determine how much influence the remuneration to the performance of employees in Kemensetneg RI. The method used is quantitative approach to associative method. Sampling technique using the technique of "probability sampling" with the type of proportional random sampling. Variable (X) is remuneration, while the variable (Y) is the performance of employees. Then tested using simple linear regression method with the results of Y '= 55.670 + 1,109X. From the calculation results show that R (correlation) of 0.832 and R-square of 69.2% means that remuneration affect the performance of 69.2%. Based on significant calculation, calculation results obtained that (14.541>1.985), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Suggestions that researchers give to Kemensetneg RI is the remuneration to be paid in accordance with the performance achieved from employees, improve the clarity of office tasks and improve the orientation of the supervisor's leadership success.
