Abstract

Jalan Palima – Pakupatan kota Serang merupakan jalur strategis yang wajib dilalui kendaraan berat agar tidak membebani ruas jalan kota serang dan juga kendaraan pribadi pada saat – saat tertentu. Kondisi jalan saat ini mengalami banyak kerusakan berlubang ataupun retak – retak pada beberapa lokasi, ditambah lagi pada musim hujan sering terjadi banjir (tergenang air) karena tidak mempunyai selokan tepi jalan (drainase). Penelitian ini membahas tentang Perencanaan Teknik Jalan yang meliputi perencanaan lapis perkerasan kaku dengan Pedoman Perencanaan Perkerasan Jalan Beton Semen Pd T-14-2003, perencanaan saluran tepi jalan (drainase) dengan Perencanaan Sistem Drainase Jalan Pd T-02-2006, dan rencana anggaran biaya dengan menggunakan Pedoman Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP) Bidang Pekerjaan Umum. Data yang digunakan adalah data hasil survai penulis di lapangan dan data dari dinas pemerintah. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut diperoleh tebal perkerasan beton menerus sebesar 18 cm. Untuk perencanaan drainase (saluran tepi), berbentuk segi empat yang terbuat dari pasangan batu kali dengan finishing, Didapatkan hasil untuk saluran tipe S1 b = 1 m, d = 0,5 m, w = 0,5 m, untuk Saluran tipe S2 b = 1,2 m, d = 0,6 m, w = 0,6 m, dan Saluran tipe S3 b = 1,4 m, d = 0,7 m, w = 0,6 m. Rencana Anggaran Biaya dari hasil Perhitungan diperoleh Rp 105,663,150,000.00– (Terbilang : Seratus Lima Milyar Enam Ratus Enam Puluh Tiga Juta Seratus Lima Puluh Ribu Rupiah), Dan pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan direncanakan selama 48 minggu atau 1 tahun pekerjaan

Additional Information: ima – Pakupatan road, located in Serang city is the strategic road that must be traversed heavy vehicles and also private vehicles at certain moment so as not to overload the capital road of serang. The road conditions is currently suffered a lot of damage or cracks in several locations, in addition the road oftenly flooded in the rainy season because it does not have a road side channels (drainage) resulting in frequent damage to the roads as well as decrease in road surfaces. This research discusses the Design of Road Pavement which includes Design of Rigid Pavement by using manual from Pedoman Perencanaan Perkerasan Jalan Beton Semen Pd T-14-2003, road side channels (drainage) by using manual from Perencanaan Sistem Drainase Jalan Pd T-02-2006, as well as required bill of quantity by using manual from Pedoman Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP) Bidang Pekerjaan Umum. The data used by the author is a survey based data on the field and government’s data. The results of this research derived concrete pavement with continous slab thickness of 18 cm. For drainage planning (road side channels), a four square dimensions (drainage) from material by pair of stones with finishing, obtained type dimensions with the details for S1 channel b = 1 m, d = 0.5 m, w = 0.5 m, for S2 channel b = 1,2 m, d = 0,6 m, w = 0,6 m, and S3 channel b = 1,42 m, d = 0,7 m, w = 0,6 m. The budget plan which is needed for the construction of this project amounted to Rp 105,663,150,000.00--(Aside : One Hundred and Five Billion- Six Hundred and Sixty Three Million-One hundred and Fifty thousand Rupiah), and the implementation of development projects planned for 48 weeks or a year of process.
