Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model cooperative learning example non example hingga mencapai nilai ≥75. Jenis pada penenlitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) model Arikunto, S yang dilakukan dengan 2 tahap siklus penelitian, dimana pada setiap siklusnya dilakukan dengan dua pertemuan. Setiap siklusnya dilakukan dengan empat tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi dan tahap reflkeksi. Adapaun teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan instrumen tes, instrumen observasi aktivitas belajar guru dan siswa. Pada siklus pertama pertemuan satu dan dua jumlah siswa yang hadir 37 siswa, sedangkan pada siklus dua jumlah siswa yang hadir 37 siswa dengan diterapkannya model cooperative learning example non example, aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa meningkat. Pada siklus I rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa 77,7% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 94,4%. Begitupun dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa dari 79,8 pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 95,6 pada siklus II. Sehingga simpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini bahwa dengan diterapkanya model cooperative learning example non example dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas III A Sekolah Dasar Negeri Cibeber 3.

Main goal of this research is to increase student’s Learning Activity and Learning Results by using method of cooperative learning example non example until it reaches the value ≥75. Research applied here is tutelage action model of arikunto S which is done with 2 research cycle. On each cycle, we initiated the research with 2 meetings. There are 4 phases on each research cycle : planning, implementation, observation, and reflection phase. Any research data we found are collected by the methods of Test instrument and teacher-students interlearning observation instrument. Number of present student on each cycle is 37 students. On second cycle which we applied the method of cooperative learning example non example, student’s learning activity and its results are significantly increasing. On first cycle, Learning activity rate of each student is 77,7% and each of them have significant increase up to 94,4%. Same goes to learning results on each student which is raising up from 79,8% on the first cycle to 95,6% on second cycle. Hence the conclusion taken from this research is, by the appliance of cooperative learning example non example method is proven able to increase the student’s learning activity rate and learning results on Social Study for SDN Cibeber 3 class III A students.
