Abstract

The research of formulation problems originating from the problem of the declinein the value of the company fairly consistent consumer goods industry recorded in BEI period 2008-2014. From the problems of the research done deep research and search previous theory then formulated 7 hypothesis H 1, H 2, H 3 , H 4, H 5 , H 6 and H . The sample were 22 companies using nonprobability sampling variable Profitability (X1) and the Dividen policy (X2), in the analysis of the path (Path Analysis) and intervening variables Debt policy (Z). The result of the processing of data showed that there was no significant influence profitability (ROA) to the debt policy (DER), Dividen policy (DPR) has a negative influence toward the debt policy (DER), profitability (ROA) has a positive influence toward corporate values (PBV), dividen policy (DPR) has a negative influence toward corporate values (PBV), Debt policy can not mediate the relationship profitability and Corporate Value, and Debt policy can not mediate the relationship Dividen policy and Corporate Value on the company services financial institution sector of the consumer goods industry the period 2008-2014.
