Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) Berbasis Pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) pada konsep ekosistem untuk siswa SMA kelas X Semester 2, sebagai bahan ajar alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran biologi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengambangan (Research and Development) yang meliputi tahap penelitian dan pengumpulan data, tahap pengembangan, dan tahap uji coba. LKS berbasis CTL dikembangkan dengan memuat tujuh komponen pembelajaran berbasis CTL yaitu membangun pengetahuan siswa (konstruktivisme), menemukan, bertanya, kelompok belajar, pemodelan, refleksi, dan penilaian nyata. Instrumen penilaian yang digunakan untuk melihat kualiats LKS berbasis CTL ini berupa angket. Hasil penilaian kualitas LKS menurut ahli media menunjukkan bahwa LKS yang dikembangkan mempunyai kualitas baik dengan skor rata-rata 75,1%, sedangkan menurut ahli materi menunjukkan bahwa LKS yang dikembangkan mempunyai kualitas baik dengan skor rata-rata 74,2%. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diketahui LKS Berbasis CTL layak digunakan berdasarkan uji ahli

Additional Information: This research was aimed to develop student’s worksheet based on Contextual Teaching and Learning approach (CTL) in ecosystem concepts for tenth grade student’s in Senior High School at second semester, as an alternative module in Biology subject. This research was a Development Research (R&D) which included several steps which were collected, development step, and field testing. Student worksheet based on CTL was developed consisted of 7 components of CTL such as developing students’ knowledge (constructivism), questioning, inquiry, learning community, modeling, reflection, and authentic assessment. Assessment instrument which was used for the quality of student worksheet on CTL was questionnaires. The feasibility assessment results according to media experts showed that student worksheet which was developed had good quality which average score was 75,1%, in addition according to concepts experts showed that student worksheet which was developed had good quality which average score was 74,2%. According it, it showed that student worksheet based on CTL was feasible for used based on content test.
