Abstract

Influence economic growth, exchange rates and oil prices is intended to determine the extent to which significant and influence economic growth, exchange rates and oil prices affect the state budget deficit in Indonesia. The method used in this study is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method period 1985-2015 using time series data (time sequence) technique used in this research is multiple linear regression tests were first conducted classical assumptions (normality, multicollinearity, heterokedatisity, and autocorrelation) independent variable is economic growth, exchange rates and oil prices, while the dependent variable is the budget deficit. Based on analysis of data obtained can be in the know that the variables of economic growth, exchange rates and oil prices and positive effect on the budget deficit signiifikan in Indonesia-year period 1985-2014. Based on the results of determination coefficient of Economic Growth, Exchange Rates, Oil Prices on Deficit obtained R2 value of 0.713258 or 71 326%. That is the overall magnitude of the influence of the independent variables namely Economic Growth, Exchange Rates, Oil Prices by 71 326%. While the rest of 28 674% is explained by other variables not included in the study variables. Keywords: economic growth, exchange rates, oil prices, the deficit State Budget
