Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the factors affecting financial performance is to determine whether the access factor Financing, Managerial Skills, Environmental Industries, and Infrastructure to the Financial Performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Serang Town. The analysis method of this research use multiple regression models. The data were processed using IBM software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 2.0. The study adopted a survey research design. The Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents, the respondents in this study is the manager or owner of Small and Medium Enterprises ( SMEs ) registered with the Department of Industry , Trade , and Cooperatives City of Serang. Of the 50 questionnaires, questionnaires which can be processed 37 questionnaires. The results of this study indicates that Access Finance, Managerial Skills and Environmental Industries are significantly and positively associated on the financial performance, in the other Infrastructure do not significantly affect financial performance.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor Akses Pembiayaan, Keterampilan Manajerial, Lingkungan Industri, dan Infrastruktur terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Kota Serang. Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah manajer atau pemilik Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) yang terdaftar pada Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, dan Koperasi Kota Serang. Dari 50 kuisioner yang disebar, jumlah kuisioner yang dapat diolah 37 kuesioner. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada responden. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi berganda. Data dalam penelitian diolah menggunakan software IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 2.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Akses Pembiayaan, Keterampilan Manajerial dan Lingkungan Industri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan, sedangkan Infrastruktur tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan. | |||||||||
