Non Governmental Organization is a group of people that voluntarily established and it is non-profit oriented, which is organized locally, nationally, or internationally. The NGO is oriented to its job and generated by a group of people that have the same objectives, which are to build an independent society as well as to monitor various government policies. Due to the great and positive effects of NGO toward the people, the NGO needs to create a strong fundamental, and it can be determined by understanding the organizational culture itself. This study aimed to understand the organizational culture of Cinta Anak Bangsa Foundation as a Non Profit Organization of Schein Organizational Culture Model. The theory used in this study was Schein organizational culture theory which specifically described by its organizational culture model. The method used in this study was a Qualitative Descriptive method. The key informants in this study were 6 members of Cinta Anak Bangsa Foundation. This study showed that the implementation of the Schein organizational culture model in the organization of YCAB was explained by three levels, such as artifacts level, which the elements of level were generally visible, every member of YCAB understand the meaning of logo, architecture or office layout of YCAB, communication style of YCAB, as well as a reward system through the appreciation toward each other and gathering event which indicated that family bond exists among members. After that, there was an espoused beliefs and value level, the results obtained showed that every member of YCAB feels that work is not just for their personal interests, but to achieve the vision of YCAB itself which is to build the youth of the nation through a proper education. The last was a basic underlying assumption, which was invisible. The results of this study showed that every member of YCAB, both of new and old members of YCAB had a similar perspective which was YCAB as their second home, so that there is no distinctive structure or position among members except family bond that exists among them. So, it can be concluded that the Schein organizational culture model can be described by the nonprofit organization of YCAB and it is indicated that YCAB maintains and inherits the value of the organizational culture to every member without exception as the fundamental of the organization.

Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat adalah kelompok masyarakat yang dibentuk secara sukarela dan tidak berorientasi laba, yang di organisasikan dalam tataran lokal, nasional, atau internasional. LSM berorientasi tugas dan digerakkan oleh orang-orang yang mempunyai kepentingan bersama dalam membangun masyarakat yang mandiri, serta memonitor berbagai kebijakan pemerintah. Karena pengaruh yang diberikan oleh LSM kepada masyarakat sangat besar dan positif, maka diperlukan dasar organisasi yang kuat bagi LSM, hal ini dapat diketahui melalui budaya organisasi yang dimiliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui budaya organisasi Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa sebagai organisasi LSM dalam sudut pandang model budaya organisasi Schein. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori budaya organisasi Schein yang secara spesifik dideskripsikan dalam model budaya organisasinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif Deskriptif. Informan kunci (key informan) dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 orang anggota LSM Yayasan Cinta Anak Bangsa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi model budaya organisasi Schein dalam organisasi YCAB tergambarkan dalam tiga level yakni level artefak yang secara keseluruhan sudah terlihat elemen-elemen dalam level ini, yakni setiap anggota mengetahui makna logo, arsitektur atau tata letak kantor YCAB, gaya berkomunikasi khas YCAB, sistem penghargaan melalui ucapan terima kasih dan acara gathering bersama yang menunjukkan adanya ikatan rasa kekeluargaan yang terjalin antar anggota, kemudian level nilai, hasil yang didapatkan setiap anggota di YCAB merasa dalam diri mereka masing-masing baha bekerja bukan hanya untuk kepentingan pribadi melainkan untuk berusaha untuk meraih visi YCAB itu sendiri yakni membangun anak muda bangsa melalui pendidikan yang layak, terakhir adalah level asumsi dasar yang tidak terlihat secara kasat mata. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam level ini baha setiap anggota YCAB baik anggota baru maupun anggota lama sama-sama memiliki pola pikir baha YCAB adalah ‘rumah kedua’ bagi mereka sehingga tidak ada lagi perbedaan struktur maupun jabatan antar anggota melainkan ikatan kekeluargaan yang terjalin antar anggota tersebut. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model budaya organisasi Schein dapat tergambarkan melalui organisasi nonprofit yakni organisasi YCAB dan hal ini menunjukkan baha YCAB memelihara serta menurunkan nilai budaya organisasi mereka kepada setiap anggota tanpa terkecuali sebagai dasar organisasi.
