Abstract

Prestressedconcrete is the combination between high quality of concreteand steel combined effectively. Prestressed concrete in SOHO Pancoran buildingproject was designed with continues beam or statically indeterminate. The issuehappened in implementing Prestressed Concrete is cracking in the stressingprocess. Prestressed concrete have 4 different types of span. This research is discussing about the structure analysis of Prestressedconcrete tipe PCB-A which located at 10 th floor in SOHO Pancoran building withpost tension method. Beam material used was high quality concrete k550.Assessment reviewed include load gravity (dead load and live load) based onPPPURG 1987 and horizontal loads (dynamic earthquake load respon spectrum)based correspond to SNI 1726 2012. Prestressed concrete analized with loss ofprestressing force, deflection, tension, flexural, shear and reinforcement of torque. Based on this research shown that Prestressed Concrete PCB-A is capableto bear the gravity and horizontal load correspond to comfort and safety factor.Loss of pre-stressing force maximum happened 17,790% (field area) and 23,856%(staging area) not reaching the maximum allowed of loss of pre-stressing forcewhich is 25%. The maximum tension happen at upper fiber is -18,68 MPa(transfer) and 0,0004 MPa (service), however for the below fiber is-11,52 MPa(transfer) and-16,15 MPa (service). Maximum deflection happen is 27,991mm(transfer) and 31,811mm (service). Flexural and shear at Prestressed Concrete canhandle the weight.Prestressed Concrete section no need to have reinforcement oftorque.

Additional Information: Beton prategang adalah kombinasi antara beton mutu tinggi dan baja mututinggi yang dikombinasikan dengan cara efektif. Balok prategang di proyekpembangunan SOHO Pancoran didesain dengan bentang menerus atau statis taktentu. Masalah yang terjadi pada pelaksaanan balok prategang adalah terjadinyaretak pada saat proses stressing. Balok prategang tersebut terdapat 4 tipe denganpanjang bentang yang berbeda. Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis struktur balok prategang tipe PCB-A yang terletak pada lantai 10 di gedung SOHO Pancoran dengan metode posttension. Material balok yang digunakan beton mutu tinggi K-550. Pembebananyang ditinjau meliputi beban grativitasi (beban mati dan beban hidup) sesuaidengan PPPURG 1987 dan beban horizontal (beban gempa dinamik responspektrum) sesuai SNI 1726 2012. Balok prategang dianalis terhadap kehilangangaya prategang, lendutan, tegangan, tulangan lentur, tulangan geser dan tulangantorsi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa balok prategang PCB-A sudahmampu memikul beban gravitasi dan horizontal sesuai dengan factor kenyamanandan keamanan. Kehilangan gaya prategang maksimum yang terjadi sebesar17,790% (daerah lapangan) dan 23,856% (daerah tumpuan) tidak melewati bataskehilangan gaya prategang yang diizinkan yaitu sebesar 25%. Teganganmaksimum yang terjadi pada serat atas yaitu-18,68 MPa (transfer) dan 0,0004MPa (service), sedangkan pada serat bawah adalah-11,52 MPa (transfer) dan-16,15 MPa (service). Lendutan maksimum yang terjadi sebesar 27,991mm(transfer) dan 31,811mm (service). Tulangan lentur dan tulangan geser pada balokprategang mampu menahan beban yang terjadi. Penampang balok prategang tidakmembutuhkan tulangan torsi.
