Abstract

Variables used in this research is Career development (X1), Extrinsic Motivation(X2), Physical Work Environment (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Financial Compensation, Compensation Non-Financial and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance. This research uses quantitative research in accordance with questionnaires and surveys. Engineering samples of data collection using Non Probability sampling method with the type of slovin samples are 73 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. SPSS version 20 is a program used in the process and research. These results indicate that the Career development positive and significant influence on employee performance. This is evidenced by the results of T count> t table (2,657>1,669) using a significant level of 0.05, so that H1 is accepted. Partially, Extrinsic Motivation positively and significantly affects the performance of employees. This is evidenced by the results of T arithmetic> T table (4,214>1,669) with a significant level of 0.05, so that H2 is accepted. Further Work Environment Physical positively and significantly affects the performance of employees. This is evidenced by the results of T arithmetic>T table (2,380>1,669) using a significant level of 0,05 so that the H3 is received.
