The Implementation of Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking (DD/CT) Learning Model to Improve the Mathematical Communication Abilityand Self-Regulated Learning of Senior High School Students. The research was motivated by the low by the low ability of senior high students’ mathematical communication and self-regulated learning, so it was necessary to find an alternative learning which can solve these problems.One of the alternative isDeep Dialogue/Critical Thinking (DD/CT) learning model.This study aims to find out: (1)the final achievement of mathematical communication ability of students who receive Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking (DD/CT) learning model is better than the students who receive cooperative learning; (2) The improvement of mathematical communication ability of students who receive Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking (DD/CT) learning model is better than the students who receive cooperative learning; (3)the final achievement of self-regulated learningof students who receive Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking (DD/CT) learning model is better than students who receive cooperative learning; (4) The improvementof self-regulated learning of students who receive Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking (DD/CT) learning model is better than students who receive cooperative learning. The study was conducted in one of public senior high schools in Serang, Banten. The research method was a quasi-experimental with the nonequivalent control group design by using cluster random sampling technique. The results of this study:The final achievement and the improvement of mathematical communication of students who receive Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking (DD/CT) learning model is better than the students who receive cooperative learning; Thefinal achievement and the improvementof self-regulated learning of students who receive Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking (DD/CT) learning model is better than students who receive cooperative learning

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan kemandirian belajar siswa SMA, sehingga perlu dicari alternatif pembelajaran untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Salah satunya ialah dengan model pembelajaran Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking (DD/CT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pencapaian akhir kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking (DD/CT) lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran kooperatif; (2) peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking (DD/CT) lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran kooperatif; (3) pencapaian akhir kemandirian belajar siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking (DD/CT) lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran kooperatif; (4) peningkatan kemandirian belajar siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking (DD/CT) lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran kooperatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di salah satu SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Serang. Metode penelitian yang digunakanadalah metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain kelompok kontrol tidak ekivalen danpengambilan sampel dengan teknik cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Pencapaian akhir serta peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking (DD/CT) lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran kooperatif; Pencapaian akhir kemandirian belajar siswa yang memperoleh model pembelajaran Deep Dialogue/Critical Thinking (DD/CT) lebih baik daripada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran kooperatif.
