Abstract
Effect of Transformational Leadership and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in PT . Graha Banten Graphic is the title of the thesis Tiara Agni Kartasasmita (102648 ) , students at the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa Faculty of Economics Department of Human Resource Management under the guidance of Dr. H. Wawan Prahiawan as a mentor I and Enis Khaerunisa , SE . , MM as mentors II . purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude Influence of transformational leadership style and work on the performance of Employee Motivation as a variable Y. The study design is descriptive and causal . The samples used were 90 respondents who calculated using saturated sample or census and methods of data analysis using Pearson correlation coefficients were performed using statistical software SPSS 20.0 . Based on the analysis by using statistical software SPSS 20, it is known that multiple regression equation Y = 9.868 + 0.375 X1 + 0.219 X2 . Value of multiple correlation coefficient ( R ) = 0.512 , which means that there is a strong and significant relationship between transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance , while the coefficient of determination ( Kd ) = 26.2 % shows the influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on performance employees , while the remaining 73.8 % influenced by other factors not included in the study . And the results of the F test is known that F count > F ( 15,432 > 3.9506 ) , so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted , that the variables of transformational leadership and work motivation has a significant influence on the performance of employees in Graphic Bantam PT.Graha

Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan transformasional dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel Y. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan kausal. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 90 responden yang dihitung menggunakan sampel jenuh atau sensus dan metode analisis data dengan menggunakan koefisien korelasi pearson yang dilakukan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 20.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 20 diketahui bahwa persamaan regresi berganda Y = 9,868 + 0,375 X1 + 0,219 X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi berganda (R) = 0,512 yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi (Kd) = 26,2% menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya 73,8% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Dan dari hasil uji F diketahui bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel (15,432 > 3,9506), sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional dan Motivasi Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Graha Banten Grafika | |||||||||
