Abstract

Rahmat Hidayat / 111217 / Faculty of Economics Departement of Management / University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa / influence Career development and Financial Compensation on Job Satisfaction and Its Impact On Employee Performance At PDAM Pandeglang / Under the guidance of Dr. Roni Kambara.,ST.,MMT and Srindaru.,MM. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is effect between influence Career Development and Compensation Finansal on job satisfaction as well as the impact on Employee Performance At PDAM Pandeglang The research method used is the associative method. To determine the sample the researchers used a formula method slovin so get a sample of 47 respondents. Then the data was analyzed using SPSS IBM 20 For Windows, while hypothesis testing is determined by t test, F test and Path Analysis Techniques (Path analys) to determine the effect of indirect or whether these variables may mediate variables job satisfaction. From the results of the analysis show that the variable partial Career Development does not have a positive influence on job satisfaction while, Financial compensation is partially so has a positive influence on job satisfaction and Job satisfaction has positive influence on performance. Analysis of test results for Job Satisfaction pathway may mediate the effect of financial compensation to employee performance PDAM Pandeglang Keyword: Career development, Financial Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance.
