Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of Career Development to Employee Perfomance, the influence of Employee Walfare to Employee Perfomance, the influence of Carerr Development and Employee Walfare jointly against Employee Perfomance. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The collections of data used are primary data derived from PT. Basindo Mitra Utama. Partial assay results obtained Career Development on Employee Perfomance t calculated of obtained for 2,527 t calculated obtained by t tables 2,024. In this case t calculated > t tables (2,527 > 2,024), meaning that the Career Development is partially positive influence on Employee Perfomance. Partial assay results obtained Employee Walfare on Employee Perfomance t calculated of obtained for 9,622 t calculated obtained by t tables of 2,024. In this case t calculated > t tables (9,622 > 2,024), meaning that Employee Walfare is partially positive influence on Employee Perfomance. While simultaneously Career Development and Employee Perfomance significant Influence on Employee Perfomance, the value F count < F (49,511 < 3,252) While Effect of Career Development based on simultaneous testing and Employee Walfare together against Employee Perfomance F calculated obtained simultaneously at 49,511 with and F tables of 3,245.
