Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the influence of implementation a mini research project toward students creative thinking. This research was motivated by varieties of problems that threaten the existence of mangrove ecosystems in wild life of Pulau Dua. The researcher used quantitative research and implemented the quasi-experimental with randomized control group design only. The population of this research was students of X SMAN 4 Kota Serang in academic year 2014/1015, and the sample of this research was the students of X 9 and X10. The sample of this research was taken by using random sampling technique. For collecting the data the researcher used essay and observation sheet. Hypothesis testing of creative thinking abilities were analyzed by using t test at the level of significant α = 0.05 and a significance value 0.000.
