Abstract

The purpose of this research was effect of formula microbes and various materials carrier to growth and crop soybean (Glycine max L. Merr). This research was conducted on May to September 2015 at the Laboratory of Biology and Soil Health and Greenhouse Soil Research Institute (ISRI). This research was uses a randomized block design (RAK) with 2 factors, that is microbial formulas and a variety of carrier materials. Microbial populations in the biological fertilizer is still growing at 3 months after inoculation. Carrier material which is used to influence biological fertilizer formula to extend the shelf life of biological fertilizers. All formulas was tested in this study has been qualified in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No.70/201 is 10 CFU/g for 12 MSI storage period. Giving microbial formula gives no real effect at all parameters observed. Giving formula carrier material provides the only real influence on the growth of plant height and length 2 MST roots of soybean plants. The interaction between microbe and carrier formula significant effect only on the root length parameter. Keyword : soybean, formula microbes, various materials carrier
