Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of project-based learning on learning outcomes of high school students of class X in the sub concepts of environmental pollution in SMAN 1 Cinangka. This research is a quasi-experimental design using that posttest Only Control Group. The population in this study were all students of class X of SMAN 1 Cinangka the school year 2014/2015. While the sample is Xa class as an experimental class and Xc as the control class. The sampling technique is done by random sampling. Data collection techniques using a post-test to measure students' cognitive abilities, questionnaires affective; psychomotor assessment rubrics and observation sheet for the feasibility study. The percentage of the average value of cognitive abilities in the experimental class of 79%; affective ability to get the value of an average percentage of 86%; and psychomotor ability with a percentage value of 88%.
