Abstract

The Influence of Implementation of Work Training and Work Discipline toward Employee Performance at Dinas Pertanian dan Kelautan Kota Cilegon. By Tamalasari (090415), under the guidance of Eloh Bahiroh, SE., MM., as a supervisor 1 and RanthyPancasasti, S.Kom., MM., as supervisor 2. The aims of The Study areto determine the training on performance, to determine influence the discipline on performance, and to determine influence the training and discipline on performance in the Dinas Pertanian dan Kelautan Kota Cilegon. Both of analyze descriptive anda Verification method are implemented in The Research. Moreover, both of design exploratory, descriptive and causal are implemented. The samples is 71 respondents collected by saturated sample techniques and the data analyze by Pearson correlation coefficient and regression. The result shows regression equation model Y = 9.852 + 0.273 X with Multiple correlation coefficient (R) = 0,600. It means that there is a strong and significant relationship between training and discipline on employee performance, while the coefficient of determination (Kd) = 36% indicating the magnitude of the Influence of Implementation of Work Training and Work Discipline toward Employee Performance, the remaining 64% influenced by other factors that are not included in this study. The t test results of the first well known that 1,999 > 3,898 then Ho denied and Ha received a meaning influence the implementation of job training has a significant influence on the performance of the employees, whereas the second t test results revealed that 1,999 > 5,378 then Ho is rejected and accepted which means discipline Ha work has a significant influence on the performance of employees. The F test result it means that the variable training and discipline have a significant and effect positive impact on the performance of employees in the Dinas Pertanian dan Kelautan Kota Cilegon.
