Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of learning organization, budget participation, and employee satisfaction on managerial performance. The sample in this research is 39 respondents with technique sampling purposive sampling namely the mid-level manager at manufacturing company in Serang District. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents concerned. The data were processed using the Equation Structural Modeling (SEM) by using a software program Partial Least Square (PLS). Results from this study revealed that all the independent variables in this study namely perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and trust in system reliability have a positive effect to implementation of integrated accounting systems. Results from this study revealed that the variable learning organization and budget participation has a positive and significant impact on the employee satisfaction. Variable learning organization and employee satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on the managerial performance, while the variable budget participation no significant effect on the managerial performance.
