Abstract

This thesis discusses a review of the use of the Electronic SPT Applications in Tax Office Pratama Cilegon. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of the use of Electronik SPT applications in Tax Office Pratama Cilegon, to examine the use of Electronic SPT aplications in Tax Office Pratama Cilegon, and to know the obstacles that arise in the use of Electronic SPT applications in Tax Office Pratama Cilegon. The method used in the thesis uses descriptive method. The main problems is the electronic SPT application made by the Directorate General of Taxation for use by Taxpayer or Taxable employers to facilitate the Electronic delivering SPT. In order to achieve the tax revenue target to be supported by tax facilities and tax compliance in paying it’s obligtions. One of the facilities in order to modernize the tax is an Electronik SPT tax administration which is the application that created the Directorate General of Taxation for use by Taxpayer or Taxable employers to be easy to deliver Electronic SPT.
