Abstract
The purpose of this report is to determine the control system of payroll on Radio Republik Indonesia Banten. In this writ, the method used is descriptive method. This writ, using primary data and secondary data obtained from the Radio Republik Indonesia Banten. Source of data derived from field studies and literature. The data collected through interviews and documentation. From the results obtained in the field of research, control system of internal payroll in Radio Republik Indonesia Banten do that based on the elements of good internal control, the Government Regulation and the Decree that applies. The advice that given is Radio Republik Indonesia Banten must add human resources.
