Abstract

Name : Rini Alfiyani. NIM : 5504122784, final project title : The Reporting System On The Use Of Budget Maintenance Departement PT Indorama Petrochemicals. Adviser by Eloh Bahiroh, SE.,MM adviser 1 and Enok Nurhayati, SE.,M.Si adviser 2. The goal in this thesis is (1) to know what the budget is in the departement of mechanical maintenance, (2) knowing the procedure manufacture of mechanical maintenance departement budget, (3) the budget submission to the procedure of mechanical maintenance departement, (4) knowing how to make use of the budget report on mechanical maintenance departement. The method used in this thesis is descriptive method. Mechanical maintenance departement created two budget proposals that the budget cost of the goods and service budget. The budget submitted to the plant manager. Some proposed budget there are reduced costs, this is a budget impact of watering (proposed budget at a cost much higher than the amount that should have been). Plant manager create master budget, then each departement make use of the budget report. Plant manager must understand the proposed budget by each departement, including the departement of mechanical maintenance and can provide a plausible reason for the proposed budget cuts so that no budget watering
