Abstract

A research which aimed to investigat student’s science process skill through think talk write (TTW) based on contextual teaching and learning model in the concept of ecosystem was conducted method used in this research was quasy experiment with control group only design. The research conducted on March 2015 in class X of SMA Negeri 4 Pandeglang. The students of X MIA 1 was used as a control class and students of X MIA 3 as an experiment class. The research instrument used were students science process skill test and observation sheets. Analysis of the results of hypothesis testing using t-test at significance level α = 0,05. Based on the results of research showed that the student science process skill in an experiment class was 81.37% with a good category. It can be conducted that think talk write (TTW) based on contextual teaching and learning model was good to be implemented.
