Abstract
The Purpose of writing report is to know the system and direct disbursement procedures ( LS ) and to determine the necessary documents at the time of disbursement directly ( LS ) at Cilegon Regional Secretariat . In this study, the method used is descriptive method . Writing this using primary data and secondary data obtained from Cilegon Regional Secretariat . Source of data derived from field studies and literature . Data were collected through interviews , observation , and documentation . From the results obtained in the field, Systems and Direct Disbursement Procedure ( LS ) at Cilegon Regional Secretariat has not agreed with Government Accounting Standards in Government Regulation No. 71 Year 2010 .
