Abstract

Problems in the banking sector, especially in terms of disbursement of credit that one of them is problematic credit or bad credit. The bad loans can lead to a decrease in earnings can even result in losses for the banks, and therefore the need for control of the bad loans to prevent a decline in profits. Because of this, the authors are interested to know more about bad credit control process to prevent a decrease in profit. Method used is descriptive method, the type of data used are primary data and secondary bersmber of PT. Bank Jabar Banten Branch Office PalimaSearang. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, documentation, interviews, and study literature. The results obtained from this thesis is how to process the determination of collectibility of bad loans, how your credit control process macaet and how efforts in preventing decline in profits due to bad loans to PT. Bank Jabar Banten Branch Office Palima-Serang.
