Abstract
Bakteri pelarut fosfat dan bakteri penambat nitrogen berpotensi sebagai agen pemacu pertumbuhan tanaman yang ramah lingkungan. Kedua jenis bakteri ini telah diisolasi dari rhizosfer mangrove asal Cagar Alam Pulau Dua (CAPD) Serang Banten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi bakteri pelarut fosfat dan bakteri penambat nitrogen asal rhizosfer mangrove CAPD terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman kacang kedelai (Glycine max). Sebanyak 5 genus isolat bakteri pelarut fosfat, yaitu Arthrobacter, Pseudomonas, Alcaligenes, Staphylococcus, dan Serratia diuji potensinya dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman dengan menggunakan media Pikovskaya. Dua genus isolat bakteri penambat nitrogen Azotobacter dan Azospirillum diuji potensinya dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman dengan menggunakan media NFB (Nitrogen Fixation Bacteria). Parameter pertumbuhan yang diukur adalah tinggi tanaman, tinggi tajuk, panjang akar, berat basah tanaman, berat basah tajuk, berat basah akar, berat kering tanaman dan jumlah daun. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik diketahui bahwa bakteri penambat nitrogen yakni Azotobacter dan Azospirillum berpotensi meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman kedelai (Glycine max), khususnya pada berat kering tanaman. Namun, seluruh perlakuan bakteri pelarut fosfat menunjukkan hasil yang tidak berbeda signifikan dengan kontrol. Hasil penelitian yang disajikan dalam bentuk LKS, dinilai layak dijadikan sebagai sumber belajar untuk siswa SMKP kelas XII pada subkonsep pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pada tumbuhan, dengan nilai rata-rata 73.3 %.

Additional Information: | Phosphate solubilizing bacteria and nitrogen fixing bacteria are potential as agents of plant growth promoters and environmental friendly. Both of these bacteria were isolated from the rhizosphere of mangrove in Pulau Dua Sanctuary Serang Banten. This study aimed to determine the potential of phosphate solubilizing bacteria and nitrogen fixing bacteria isolated from the rhizosphere soil of mangrove in Pulau Dua Sanctuary on the growth of soybean (Glycine max). There were five isolates of phosphate solubilizing bacteria; Arthrobacter, Pseudomonas, Alcaligenes, Staphylococcus, Serratia potencies on promoting plant growth were analyzed using Pikovskaya medium. Two isolates of Nitrogen fixing bacteria; Azotobacter and Azospirillum potencies on promoting plant growth were analyzed using NFB (Nitrogen Fixation Bacteria) medium. Plant growth parameters were measured in term height of plant, shoot, root length, plants fresh weight, shoots fresh weight, root fresh weight, dry weight plants and number of leave. According to the data of statistic test, it has been showed that the except for the plant’s dry weight of Azotobacter and Azospirillum treatment which were significantly different from control. However, the phosphate solubilizing bacteria treatment wis not significantly different from control, The results of the research presented in the form of LKS was decent to be used as a source of learning for twelfth grade of agriculture senior trade school in sub concepts growth and development in plants, with an average value of 73.3% | |||||||||
